Inspection on Delivery

Upon receipt, customers are required to inspect all goods and sign the delivery documentation to confirm that the order has been received in full and in satisfactory condition. This is the opportunity to check for any visible defects or damages.

Important Notice

Once the delivery note has been signed and our driver has left site, SBM Glazing cannot accept liability for any damage, defects, or shortages reported afterwards.

Returns

As all products are made-to-measure and completely bespoke, SBM Glazing cannot accept returns or cancellations unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or manufactured incorrectly
