Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Schedule
Delivery dates will be confirmed once your order has been placed. We aim to deliver all bespoke orders within approximately 3 weeks from receipt of full payment and written order confirmation.
Delivery Conditions
All deliveries are kerbside only, and it is the customer’s responsibility to unload the goods upon arrival.
If you require assistance with unloading, this must be arranged in advance. An additional charge of £180.00 + VAT per person will apply. A member of our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm these arrangements.
Inspection on Delivery
Upon receipt, customers are required to inspect all goods and sign the delivery documentation to confirm that the order has been received in full and in satisfactory condition. This is the opportunity to check for any visible defects or damages.
Important Notice
Once the delivery note has been signed and our driver has left site, SBM Glazing cannot accept liability for any damage, defects, or shortages reported afterwards.
Returns
As all products are made-to-measure and completely bespoke, SBM Glazing cannot accept returns or cancellations unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or manufactured incorrectly
